I have been in-touch with parrot and although there customer service is first class (another Story) they are definitely not listening to this problem. The drone is very reliable and fly s very well BUT when you connect the FPV camera you get multiple disconnections from the flyPad, No matter what you do the Flypad disconnects but it is showing still connected, turn off the flypad and the drone drops to 2mts then turn flypad back on and you reconnect, then after anywhere from 30 sec to a couple of minutes off it goes again. What it doesn't like is wind, so anything above 5 or 6 mph forget it, after all its only small but great fun.Īll in all I am very happy with my purchase. Charge time is about 30mins with a 2.1a charger. Flight time is about 5 to 8 minutes depending on whether you have the camera on. The top camera gives reasonable video but don't expect broadcast quality. The Mambo flys very well and is very stable and if you get in difficulty just let go of the control and it will hover till you regain your composure. Extra batteries are a good idea to prolong flights. Spare parts are available at reasonable cost.
